Hi, I’m Andrea — mother of two, wellness advocate, and founder of Lumin Vita Natural Health in Edgewood, Kentucky.
Natural living and whole-body wellness have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. From an early age, I was drawn to natural approaches to health, nutrition, skincare, and creating healthier environments both for myself and for those around me.
At sixteen, after struggling with health concerns that conventional answers couldn’t fully explain, I was introduced to muscle testing through a chiropractor who helped me uncover underlying imbalances and restore balance naturally. That experience left a lasting impression on me and shaped the way I viewed health and healing moving forward.
Years later, I became a licensed esthetician and eventually opened a successful organic, non-toxic salon and spa in Cincinnati built around clean living and healthier choices.
But after the birth of my second child in 2018, my own health began shifting in ways I couldn’t explain.
Despite countless doctor visits, everything appeared “normal.”
But I knew something wasn’t right.
I experienced overwhelming fatigue, brain fog, anxiety, heart palpitations, digestive issues, inflammation, and unexplained weight changes — all while trying to care for my family and keep up with daily life.
I felt exhausted, dismissed, and frustrated by the lack of answers.
Finding a Different Approach
That’s when I returned to something I had trusted for years: muscle testing.
Through this work, I began to better understand what my body needed and how to support it naturally. As my health improved, so did my sense of clarity, energy, and hope.
That experience ultimately led me here.
From Client to Practitioner
I completed advanced clinical training in Nutrition Response Testing through Dr. Freddie Ulan’s program and earned the designation of Advanced Clinical Practitioner. I later became certified in Qest4 bioenergetic testing and as a Certified Holistic Nutritionist.
Today, I combine these methods to help clients explore both the physical and energetic aspects of wellness — identifying areas of stress and imbalance while supporting the body’s ability to restore balance naturally.
Lumin Vita Natural Health was created from that purpose: to offer a compassionate, personalized path for those searching for answers and looking for a deeper understanding of what their body may be communicating.

Why I Do This Work
I know what it feels like to be told “everything looks fine” when you know something still isn’t right.
I know how exhausting it can be to search for answers while trying to keep up with everyday life.
And I know how meaningful it feels to finally feel heard, supported, and understood.
That’s why I created Lumin Vita Natural Health — to offer a calm, compassionate space where clients feel empowered to better understand their bodies and support their wellness naturally.
My goal is to help you reconnect with what your body may be trying to communicate, restore balance gently, and feel more like yourself again.
